The small kosher supermarket "Migdal" opened in January 2017 on the first floor of a residential building in Frankfurt's Ostend district. Moscow-born André Moev and Zohar Rapaport sell food from different regions here, including wine, meat, and fresh fruits and vegetables. The store is visited by many community members, but also by the non-Jewish neighborhood.

Julius Kahn was born in Arheiligen on February 8, 1845. He was married to Anna Kahn, born on June 16, 1846. The couple had two sons -  Ernst Kahn (1881-1898) and Otto Kahn (1872–1937).

The banking house Julius Kahn & Co was founded in Pforzheim in 1864. It was taken over in the years from 1906 by the Rheinische Creditbank übern and went über further mergers in the period to 1929 finally in the Deutsche Bank.

In May 1915 Louise Ariowitsch acquired the property Färberstraße 11, which consisted of a residential building on the street side and a building on the rear side. The rear building was converted into a synagogue (Beth Yehuda) with rooms for classes and for use by religious associations. A two-story prayer hall with a gallery was built. As a prayer and teaching house, it was intended to keep alive the memory of her late husband.

Louis Kuppenheim was born on August 2, 1824. He was married to Berta Kuppenheim, née Levinger, born on November 21, 1839. The couple had 10 children. Louis Kuppenheim died on January 19, 1889, and his wife Bertha Kuppenheim on January 2, 1926. The couple found their final resting place at the Jüdische Friedhof in Pforzheim.  Louis Kuppenheim was a jewelry manufacturer. In 1857, he founded Louis Kuppenheim G.m.b.H. In 1872, the company was rebuilt at Durlacher Strasse 1 in Pforzheim. The sons Albert Kuppenheim, Hugo Kuppenheim and Ernst Kuppenheim then managed the company together.

Moses Rosenzweig was born in Cologne on August 7, 1840. His parents were Andreas Moises Rosenzweig, born in Euskirchen on August 23, 1808, and Jetta Gottschalk, born in Deutz in 1804. Moses Rosenzweig was married to Mina Lucas, b. September 25, 1841 in Warden. The couple had 4 children - Clara,b. 10 June 1875 - deported to Riga on 7 December 1941, Henriette, b. 13.März 1873 - d. 14. März 1873, Alfred, b. 7. December 1879 - deported to Riga on 7 December 1941, Ernst, b. 24. November 1881 - d. 1936. Moses Rosenzweig died in 1926 at the age of 85/86.
