Jewish cemetery Jemgum
The cemetery of the municipality of Jemgum was acquired in 1848 and first occupied in 1854. It is located at the Sieltif. Previously, the Jews of Jemgum used the cemeteries of the surrounding Jewish communities. The cemetery is 1100 square meters. Today there are still 13 gravestones.
Lublin - New Jewish Cemetery
The new Jewish cemetery was established in 1829 on land outside the then Lublin city limits. Around 1839 the cemetery was surrounded by a wall. In the following years the area was enlarged by the purchase of land. In 1918, a plot of land was added to the north, where a military cemetery was established.

Moritz Hanauer
Moritz Hanauer, merchant from Westheim was born on January 1, 1890. He lived in Göppingen in the Geislinger Stra;e. There he probably also met his later wife Julie Hirsch. From April 1938, he lived in Stuttgart at Tulpenstraß 27. Moritz Hanauer managed to escape to America. There he married Julie Hirsch from Göppingen, who had already emigrated to the U.S. in 1937.

Leopold Heinrich Hirsch was born on January 15, 1876 in Ulm.His parents were Moritz Hirsch from Wankheim and Anna Angelica Hirsch,née Moos of Buchau.Leopold Heinrich Hirsch married in 1906 Frida Veile Moos,geb. August 27, 1885, daughter of Adolf Moos from Kappel and Friederike Regina Moos,née Einstein of Buchau.Leopold Heinrich Hirsch and Otto Abraham Hirsch ran the haberdashery shop M. & H.
Residence of Ortenberger family
Here lived until 1942 Jenny Ortenberger, the widow of the veterinarian and slaughterhouse director Dr. Julius Ortenberger, with her children Erich and Asta. The family was deported to Bełżyce.
