Card text - Berlin - July 25. - Dear Ludwig. You know that I have been trying for some time to obtain a 500-pound settler site. Today I am told that these posts will be distributed directly in Erez, because only 35 in total are earmarked for this schedule and it is not specified how much of these 35 each individual country will receive. The Pal Amt Berlin has sent a settler proposal list to Erez on which I am also listed. The decision will be made in Erez very soon, because the certificates are to be selected in this schedule. Dr.
