The roots of the Jewish community in Roth, the district capital of the Middle Franconian district of Roth, date back to the middle of the 16th century. The Jewish community existed until 1935.

A Jewish community in Treuchtlingen existed as early as the Middle Ages. With the time of National Socialism, almost the entire community fell victim to the Holocaust. Many survivors emigrated from Treuchtlingen.

A Jewish community in Walsdorf, a community in the Upper Franconian district of Bamberg, has existed at least since the beginning of the 17th century.

The Jewish Community Weiden is the Jewish community of Weiden in the Upper Palatinate. Today, it has 257 members (as of 2014).[1]
Its synagogue is located at Ringstraße 17 in Weiden.[2]
