Association synagogue Name: Temple Association "Döbling Originally this association had its seat in Vormosergasse 1, from 1904 (until the move to Dollinergasse) in Gatterburggasse. 1907 Adaptation of the existing residential building, Dollinerg.3 into a synagogue. Architect: Julius Wohlmuth (inauguration: 5.9.1907). Appearance: very interesting and tasteful design of the north and west facades in Art Nouveau style, reminiscent of Otto Wagner's buildings. Unfortunately only building plans have been preserved, no photos, no graphics. Capacity: 460 seats, including women's seats in the galleries. Obm.: Bela Fränkl, Rab.: Dr. Arnold Frankfurter, Language and Bible School (Jüdisches Jahrbuch für Österreich 1932) Nov. 38 devastated, after removal of the decoration and the Jewish symbols in the sense of a "clear-cutting" only used for profane purposes, currently textile company housed.
