Kurt Bauchwitz was born in Sangerhausen on January 27, 1881. His parents were Isidor Bauchwitz and Ida Bauchwitz, née Jüdel. Kurt Bauchwitz had 10 brothers and sisters. He himself was a lawyer and notary public by profession. Kurt Bauchwitz was married to Frieda Bauchwitz née Badt,born on 28.10.1891. - died on. 16.04.1940. The couple had 1 daughter - Charlotte, born on 11 April 1915 in Halle. Presumably as a result of the Reich Pogrom Night, Kurt Bauchwitz was taken to the Sachsenhausen concentration camp. He was there until 16 December 1938 and was assigned to earthworks.

Heinrich Strauss was born in Kindenheim on January 21, 1876. His parents were Moses and Johanna Strauss. In October 1901 - doctorate in law at the University of Erlangen. Subsequently legal trainee at the royal district office in Kaiserslautern. Later established as a lawyer (Justizrat) in Ludwigshafen am Rhein (1917 Lisztstraße 158, last address Ludwigstraße 81). In October 1940 - deportation to the concentration camp Gurs in southern France. - Died in Noe on February 9, 1941.

Hans Nathan, * December 2 1900 in Görlitz, † September 12 1971 in Berlin

The lawyers Albert Nathan, with son Dr. Hans Nathan and  the dentist Dr. Fritz Warschawski Postplatz belonged to the socially committed Görlitzers  The names of the dentist and the Nathans disappeared in 1933 from the bell plates of the houses on Postplatz. Fritz Warschawski had left Germany overnight with his family, the lawyer Hans Nathan emigrated with his family to Prague.

The well-known Jüdian jurist Paul Mühsam who daily crossed Postplatz on his way to work, noted his experiences  about Görlitz under the National Socialists in his memoirs under the title „I have been a man“. In Görlitz, a street has been named after Paul Mühsam since 1990.
