Jacob Eisen was born on July 2, 1879 in Gunzenhausen. His parents were the merchant Heymann Eisen and Jette Eisen, née Schoen. Jacob Eisen had an older sister - Berta, married Groß, born on January 10, 1878. Jacob Eisen married Rosa Neumarck, born in 1876 in Georgensgmünd, daughter of Emmanuel Neumark and Klara, née Gutmann, in Ansbach in 1906. As early as 1907, they acquired the house at Burgstallstra<e 4, rebuilt it and ran a raw materials business there. On August 1, 1908, their daughter Betty was born.

Hermann Guggenheim was born on November 20, 1864. His parents were the Zurich merchant Leopold Guggenheim and his wife Louise, née Braunschweig. Hermann Guggenheim had six other siblings. He attended school in Zürich and probably did an apprenticeship as a lithographer. He was registered as an apprentice in the 1880 Volkszählung, and the following Volkszählung in 1888 registered him as " Dessinateur Chromiste, Angestellter bei Lithograph. Frey & Conrad " in Aussersihl (Zürich).

His parents were Leopold Loew Oestreicher, born on June 1, 1836 in Obernau, and Charlotte Hessberg, born on May 9, 1837 in Burgpreppach. Ferdinand Oestreicher had four more siblings - Siegmund (Salomon), born June 17, 1861 - Magnus (Max), born July 28, 1862 - Joseph, born May 27, 1864 and Carolina (Lina) married Metzger, born May 24, 1867.

The following entry can be found in the address book of the capital Freiburg im Breisgau from 1922: Darnbacher & Maier, Därme, Gewürze, Metzgereiartikel, Faulerstr. 12a 1. - The business was founded in 1929 by the families Fritz Darnbacher and Moritz Maier. However, as early as 1933, there were calls for a boycott of local Jewish businesses - including the Darnbacher & Maier store. Fritz Darnbacher moved to Alsace with his family and tried to build up a new existence there. Moritz Maier tried to continue the business in Freiburg.

Alexander Ansbacher
As early as 1877, Alexander Ansbacher was a member of the 1862 Leutershausen gymnastics club and was listed in the club's membership lists until 1911. His son Selmar Ansbacher, born June 11, 1889 in Leutershausen, died with the rank of lieutenant on September 8, 1914 in the First World War. He served in the 10th Bavarian Infantry Regiment 14. Alexander Ansbacher was still living in Leutershausen in the early 1930s.
