The Jewish community in Beiseförth in the Schwalm-Eder district of northern Hesse developed from its first beginnings in the 16th century and existed until the time of National Socialism. The community also included Jewish people living in Binsförth, Malsfeld, Neumorschen and Rengshausen. The community belonged with the others of the former district of Melsungen to the rabbinical district of Lower Hesse with headquarters in Kassel.

In Eimelrod existed a small Jewish community from the 18th century until 1938. In 1830 there were 34 Jewish inhabitants in the village, in 1871 there were only 10 (out of a total of 307 inhabitants), and in 1895 and 1905 there were 15 (out of 401 and 417, respectively). In 1924 there were 20 (out of a total of 486 inhabitants), and in 1933 there were still 14 Jewish people living in Eimelrod (out of a total of 484 inhabitants).

A Jewish community existed in Falkenberg, a district of Wabern in the Schwalm-Eder district of northern Hesse, from the 18th century until the Nazi era. In 1744, four Jewish families are attested in Falkenberg. The synagogue was destroyed in 1938 and the last Jewish people originating from Falkenberg were deported and then murdered in 1942.
