Fanny Wilhelmine Fersenheim was born into a Jewish family in Berlin on February 25, 1863. She remained single and lived as a "privatiere" since 1907 at Großgörschenstraße 35 in a four-room apartment on the mezzanine floor. She received an annuity of 240 marks per month and employed a maid who received 30 marks per month as well as room and board. Fanny Fersenheim had to fill out the declaration of assets on September 19, 1942, at that time she had a subtenant Helmut Lipski.
