Panofsky, Lotte

Lotte Panofsky was born on 07.11.1895 as Lotte Schlesinger in Berlin. Her parents were the Bänker Ludwig Schlesinger and his wife Marie Schlesinger. Lotte was married to Erich Otto Panofsky, the two had two daughters, Ursula and Liselotte.
On April 19, 1943, the deportation took place together with her husband Erich and daughter Liselotte first to Theresienstadt and on October 28, 1944 to Auschwitz. Lotte and Erich were both murdered in Auschwitz. The daughter Liselotte üsurvived and emigrated after the war to Palästina, where her sister already lived.
