Martha Hecht, née Rosen

Martha Rosen married Walter Hecht in Berlin in 1920, their daughter Ursula was born in 1922. In June 1941, the small family was registered in Bussum in the Netherlands, from 1943 in Amsterdam. It is not known when they were deported. Martha and Walter Hecht died in the Sobibor extermination camp in July 1943. Their daughter Ursula was killed in Auschwitz concentration camp in January 1944.

Erna Hecht, née Rosen
* 08.09.1893 in Tostedt, † 31.01.1944 in Auschwitz
Like her sister Martha, Erna Rosen married in Berlin in 1920. Her husband Erich Julius was the brother of Walter Hecht. The couple emigrated to the Netherlands and were last registered in Amsterdam. On November 28, 1942, they were sent to the Westerbork camp and taken to Vught in March 1943. On November 15, 1943, they were transported to Auschwitz. Both died in Auschwitz concentration camp in January 1944.

Olga Heilbutt, née Rosen
* 01.01.1895 in Tostedt, † 21.10.1944 in Auschwitz
Like her sisters, Olga Rosen emigrated to the Netherlands with her husband James Heilbutt and their son Erich Werner (*1924). After several relocations, they were taken to the Westerbork transit camp on November 28, 1942. On April 22, 1943, the couple was deported to Theresienstadt on Transport XXIV/1, No. 6. Their son was also sent there at the beginning of 1944 On October 19, 1944, the family was deported to Auschwitz. All three perished in the Auschwitz concentration camp.

Käthe Frankenstein, née Rosen
* 25.05.1904 in Tostedt, † 17.09.1943 in Auschwitz
Käthe Rosen married Max Frankenstein in 1929. Their daughter Ingrid was born in Berlin in 1931. After their stay in the Netherlands and deportation, Käthe and her daughter were murdered in Auschwitz concentration camp in September 1943, Max Frankenstein died there in January 1944.
