Older mikvah around 1725 (Maßbach)

In 1717, the knightly Jews acquired a building (house no. 45, today Neue Strasse 1) for their rabbi. The ritual bath was also housed here.

In 1814, there were 32 Jewish children of school age in Maübach. In the wealthy Jewish families, it was customary for them to receive elementary education from a tutor. Later, all children attended the Christian elementary school in the village. Religious instruction was conducted by the local rabbi and chairman in the community center (plan no. 45, today Neue Strasse 1), where he also lived. The building was renovated in 1833. In 1884, it was extended to become an Israelite elementary school.
