Hirschberg, Liebherrstr.20/1T., Alfred Hirschberg, Ohmstr.9/2T. - Ferdinand Hirschberg was born on August 26, 1850 in Osterode / Harz. On January 17, 1881 Ferdinand Hirschberg married Charlotte Hirschberg, née Berliner, born on July 9, 1861 in Munich, daughter of Heinrich Berliner, banker in Munich and Franziska Berliner, née Mayer. The couple had four children - Arthur, born on December 10, 1881 in Munich,- Max, born on November 13, 1883 in Munich,- Stephan, born on April 10, 1888 in Munich - died in 1909 and Dorothea, born on July 21, 1892 in Munich. Ferdinand Hirschberg died on July 14, 1925 in Munich. Charlotte Hirschberg died on March 14, 1940 in Munich. Arthur Hirschberg managed to emigrate to the USA with his family. He died on March 15, 1952 in San Francisco.
Max Hirschberg became a renowned and well-known lawyer. In November 1934, he emigrated to New York via Milan. He died in New York on June 21, 1964. Dorothea Hirschberg married the cigar manufacturer Jacques Mayer in Munich in 1919. She died on September 24, 1930 in Würzburg.
