Company:  Mayer Dreifus Söhne. p.u.1.  -  Dreyfus, Max, merchant, p.u.2.  -  Dreyfus, Martin, authorized signatory 1. -  Mayer (Maier) Dreyfuss (Dreifuss) was born on 22 May 1796 in Bad Buchau. He was married to Marianne Nanette Erlanger, who was born in Bad Buchau on January 15, 1808. The couple had 12 children - Regina Dreifuss, b. 22 Nov 1830 - d. 27 Nov 1831 - Minetta Wilhelmine Dreifuss, b. 30 May 1832 -  d.17 Apr 1883 - Moses Dreifuss, b. 17 Apr 1834 - d. 04 Jan 1836 - Kosmann Dreifuss,b. 14 Dec 1835, - d. 21 Jan 1918, Ulm - Regina Dreifuss,b. 11 Sep 1837 - Max (Marx) Dreifuß,b. 21 Apr 1839 - d. 13 May 1916, Ulm Karoline Dreifuss,- b. 21 May 1841 - Hermann Dreifuss,b. 14 Apr 1843, - d. 21 Jan 1850 - Emilie Dreyfus,b. 20 Dec 1844, Bad Buchau - d. 14 Oct 1909 - Salomon Dreifuss,b. 15 Jul 1846, Hohentengen - Emanuel Dreifuss,b. 14 Apr 1848, Hohentengen - d. 22 Apr 1848, Hohentengen -  Ignatz Dreifuss,b. 21 May 1849, Hohentengen, d. 02 Jun 1850, Hohentengen. KOsmann and Max Dreifuß settled in Ulm as merchants and founded the company " Mayer Dreyfuß Söhne ". Kosmann Dreyfu&szlig's son Martin, born on May 10, 1865 in Ulm, later joined the company as an authorized signatory. Kosmann Dreyfuss was an active churchwarden in the Jewish community of Ulm for 23 years. On his retirement from the church council at the beginning of 1891, a trophy was dedicated and presented to him by the entire committee for his many years of work for the benefit of the Jewish community.
