Jewish Cemetery (Naila - concentration camp cemetery and memorial)

Memorial is located in the municipal cemetery on Albin Klüber Street. From the main entrance of the cemetery you walk past the cemetery house to the beginning of the second cross path, where the monument to murdered concentration camp prisoners, made of Fichtelgebirge porphyry, is located. It stands above a collective grave for nine men who were beaten to death with rifle butts by SS men near the town on April 10, 1945, during the death march from Buchenwald concentration camp. It shows two cowering figures, with the inscription below: "To the victims of fascism". Jews were probably among the victims.
