Josef Lammfromm was born on July 15, 1804. He was married to Fanni Lammfromm, née Ichenhaeuser and in 2nd marriage to Peppi Lammfromm, née Sänger. From this marriage came the two sons - Jakob, born on November 21, 1858 and Israel, born on November 13, 1863. Josef Lammfromm ran a spear and iron shop in Buttenwiesen. Based on the attached postcard, it can be assumed that the business of Josef Lammfromm continued under his name after his death on September 25, 1872.
