53925 Kall
Germany
"In the cemetery at the Loshardt (Flur 8, No. 56), occupied since 1835 until 1937, there are 32 gravestones from the years 1865 to 1937 (Reuter 2007). In the historical maps of the Preußische Neuaufnahme (1891-1912) the Jewish cemetery is registered as „Bgr. Pl.“ (Begräbnisplatz) (cf. map view).
„After World War II, shot foreigners were also reburied in the cemetery “ (Arntz 1990)
The location of the Jewish cemetery is not signposted in Kall and no further information about it can be found on site. The cemetery is located in the middle of a young residential area next to a school and is freely accessible through a small entrance gate. It is surrounded by hedges and a large coniferous tree stands centrally on the grassy field. The gravesite is in a very well-kept condition. There are 31 gravestones in total (inspection on 24.11.2016).
