When it came to the dissolution of the company "D. Rosenthal & Co." in 1887, two new corset factories emerged from it in the same year: "Wilhelm Rosenthal & Co." and "Rosenthal, Fleischer & Co.". The first shareholders of the company "Rosenthal, Fleischer & Co." were Samuel, Julius and Leopold Fleischer and Adolph Rosenthal, who lived in London and left the company again as early as 1889.
In 1894, the company moved into the newly constructed factory building, which was significantly enlarged in 1901. Julius Fleischer built another corset factory in Milan, which was at least for a time in connection with the Göppingen company.
At world exhibitions, the companies received the highest awards. In Milan, they were awarded two honorary diplomas in 1906. In Genoa in 1914 they received the "Grand Prix" and in 1915 in San Francisco also the "Grand Prix". After the death of Leopold Fleischer in 1919 and Samuel Fleischer in 1920, the two sons of Samuel Fleischer - Julius and Arthur - became the partners of the company.
In 1928, the factory and the residential building were sold to the city of Göppingen.
