Talmud Torah School (Religious School)

The synagogue was consecrated in 1885. 

In the synagogue building, Räume were also created for meetings as well as for the religious education of children.

In 1865, the Israelite religious school was founded, and in 1868 a mikvah was established (in the complex of Dobermann's baths, Clemensstraße 5).

The Jewish religious school was located in the building of the synagogue, which was inaugurated in 1883. In 1898 it was attended by 58 Jewish schoolchildren.

In 1836 a local public Jewish school was founded, for which a schoolhouse was built in 1841/42 on the lower moat. In this also a Mikwe was built in.

In the course of the November pogrom in 1938, the building was broken up, whereupon the interior furnishings and prayer books were destroyed and the Torah scrolls were thrown into the street.
