The Jewish Cemetery Schwaan is a former Jewish cemetery of the Jewish community in the town of Schwaan in the district of Rostock in the federal state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. In the cemetery, which is located on Lindenbruchstraße, there are still seven gravestones today, which were restored and re-placed in 2009.

The Jewish cemetery in Bad Münder am Deister is a former Jewish burial place in the district of Hameln-Pyrmont in Lower Saxony. The cemetery of the local Jewish community, originally established outside the town, is first attested in 1782. The last burial took place in 1937.
