Jewish cemetery (Bad Kreuznach)

The Jewish cemetery in Bad Kreuznach on Stromberger Straße is a funnel-shaped site laid out in 1661 and expanded in 1919. The mortuary located in the cemetery was built in the mid-19th century and expanded in 1894. On the northern and oldest part of the cemetery there are numerous, mostly baroque sandstone slabs. On the narrow burial ground south of the mortuary there are sandstone slabs of the 19th century and a neo-Baroque marble plaque of the destroyed synagogue.
