Jewish cemeteries in Leipzig

There were and are three Jewish cemeteries in Leipzig. The city's first Jewish cemetery in Johannistal no longer exists. The Old Jewish Cemetery on Berliner Straße was used from 1864 to 1928. The New Jewish Cemetery on Delitzscher Straße, which was opened afterwards, is still used for burials today.
