Moses Stoppelmann was married to Berta Stoppelmann, they had three sons. 1937 he was arrested and was in Osnabrück imprisoned. In January 1938 he was forced to sell the family home. In 1938, he and his wife managed to escape to Südafrika to his sons Walter and Ernst.

Friederike Wolff was born on 13 June 1887 as Friederike Stoppelmann in Fürstenau. She had one son Wilhelm. On December 13, 1941 she was deported to the ghetto Riga and on October 1, 1944 to the concentration camp Stutthof, where she was murdered on January 4, 1945.

7. Dec. 2015Alfred Süskind was born in 1885 in Lingen and was for many years head of the Jüdische Gemeinde in Fürstenau. He was married to Sophie Süskind. On November 10, 1938, he was arrested and was imprisoned in the Buchenwald concentration camp. He succeeded in 1939 the escape to the USA, where he died on 20 September 1982.
