Ignatz Rosthal, born December 26, 1880 in Wojnicz (Galicia); according to the Jewish address book of 1931 he lived at 28 Romintener Strasse/corner of Simon-Dach-Strasse (today part of Grünberger Strasse); at the time of the 1939 census he was registered at Gryphiusstrasse, the house no longer exists, aerial photographs suggest that the house was bombed out during World War II, at this very spot there is now a playground;
