Auguste Liefmann née Liefmann (October 11, 1860) and Leo lived at Grüneburgweg 135 before moving to their apartment in the Henry and Emma Budge Home for single elderly people in May 1930.

Auguste Liefmann died by suicide on July 3, 1940 and is buried in the New Jewish Cemetery on Eckenheimer Landstraße. She is one of the 23 people commemorated at the Henry and Emma Budge Foundation memorial.
