Der international erfahrene Journalist: Händler mit US-Senator Joe Biden

A few years after his time in Bonn, which already clarifies the picture of the home page: Händler with Joe Biden, who was then still a U.S. Senator. After his professional activities, Händler worked for the League of Friendship of Peoples and was vice president of the Friendship Society GDR-USA. It was in this capacity that he met Senator Biden. The occasion was the wish of a former U.S. soldier to be buried at the Elbe Bridge in Torgau. There the Red Army and the U.S. Army met and ended the war in May 1945.
