Beschreibung
The synagogue in Rheda in North Rhine-Westphalia was consecrated in 1802 on Steinweg and renovated for its 100th anniversary in 1902. The half-timbered building was set on fire by National Socialists in the early morning of November 10, 1938, and the remains were demolished. It was not until 1980 that a memorial stone was erected on the site of the former synagogue.
